Shipping policy

We are a small company store. We pride ourselves on personal attention to each and every order.

We ship from our warehouse in Texas. Occasionally we will drop ship from other participating dealers in the United States.

If we do drop ship you will be notified first, we will not drop ship unless you agree to it and the shipping timeline involved.

Most of our orders ship in 2 to 3 days, some can extend to 7 days. Communication is important to us. We are hoping you feel the same way. You will receive updates immediately and during the process. 

Some orders will take longer to ship out. Some require special shipping, special packaging, and sometimes we will have a large orders. We will stay in touch, update you, give you an approximate shipping date and see if you approve of it.

Some delays in the shipping process can be attributed to shopping for "actual" shipping quotes. We try our very best to find the least expensive way to ship your order, sometimes this creates a short delay.
